How long have you been in business?
Full time Realtor since 1996 in the Upstate SC area. Broker License in 2001. Residential real estate both representing sellers and buyers.
What is your primary product or service?
Representing buyers in New Home construction. Certificate of Achievement in both Residential Construction Certification and Certified New Home Buyer Specialist. So many buyers hesitate to have a new home built - I help de-stress the process.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My family moved to Upstate SC from New York in 1994. Upon entering the real estate field I enjoy helping out of state buyers relocate to Upstate SC - I have the answers that they don't know to ask for. Upstate SC is a perfect area for the retired - low cost, great climate, and let's not forget the smiling faces ! There is so much to do - and lots of it is FREE. Whether it concerts, side4walk cafe, fishing, golf, bike riding, we have it all here in the sunshine !
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Military buyers. I feel that too many fields ignore the special needs of the military. Helping these who have helped my country is the least I can do in return. Matching the buyer to the right mortgage consultant and to the right home is rewarding for me. Retirees are also special in my list of favorites ! I do not accept everyone as a client - I seek to provide the needed services to the clients I accept. This way I have the time and patience to help them find the perfect new home or sell their present one.
Which areas do you service?
Upstate South Carolina, I know the areas surrounding Downtown Greenville - from Simpsonville to Travelers Rest - Easley, Mauldin, Powdesville, Pickens, Mauldin, Greer, Taylors and all in between.
