Mike Ponthieux started his career in the jewelry industry at a young age. His knack for fixing things and fascination with silver-smithing set his future as a jewelry craftsman. At the age of 16 he was repairing jewelry for a local store in his home town of West Monroe, Louisiana. Now, with almost 40 years experience he has become one of Greenville’s favorite jewelry designers. Mike and wife, Wanda, opened Ponthieux’s Jewelry Design Studio in 2001.
