Bought new home from Mr Moore with his builders warrantee. First single digit cold spell we had a problem with HVAC during a cold snap (unit installed improperly according manufacturers instructions). He attempted to fix, problem persisted. I called HVAC specialist, problem fixed. Requested reinbursement and was denied request. Informed me that HVAC unit was no longer on his 'warrantee'.
